What we supply to European buyers

Organic imports into the EU
Organic products from Peru enter the EU under Regulation (EU) 2018/848. Each consignment needs an electronic certificate of inspection (COI) in TRACES: the exporter's control body issues it, and the authority at the point of entry endorses it before the goods are released for free circulation. Our maca powders are certified organic to EU standards; the extracts are not sold as organic.
Organic imports into Great Britain
Great Britain has applied its own organic import controls since it left the EU. Tell us your port of entry when you request a quote, so we can confirm the documents your shipment needs.
Checks on every lot
Each lot ships with its certificate of analysis. Your QA team will compare it with the EU maximum levels for contaminants (Regulation (EU) 2023/915) and for pesticide residues (Regulation (EC) No 396/2005).
Novel Food status
Before launching, check the Novel Food status of your exact ingredient, powder or extract, in the EU Novel Food Catalogue and with your national authority.
Labelling in the EU
Food labels must follow Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011: the name of the food, the ingredient list, net quantity, date of minimum durability and lot, storage conditions, the name and address of the food business operator, and the country of origin where required. Health claims must follow Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
Private label
For finished products under your brand (capsules, powders, retail pouches), the minimum is 1,000 units per SKU, with about 45 days of production. Tell us about your project.
Shipping to Europe and the UK
We ship FOB Callao or CIF to your port, by sea or air, usually 15–20 business days after order confirmation. Ask us for the transit time to your port and request current prices.
